We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Leclerc for a start as soon as possible. The KAM defines for its SCAs the commercial strategy in line with the key orientations of the commercial policy. It ensures the implementation of the commercial policy for its SCAs, in particular through the conduct of the commercial agreement negotiation.

Main Activities:

  • Negotiates and executes the commercial policy for its SCAs
  • Negotiates the regional commercial and/or logistics agreement through the obtaining of trade-offs (assortments, promotions, statistics) and ensures their compliance
  • The guarantor of the regional budget (agreements, COOP, trade shows, promotional investments)
  • Negotiates and develops the regional promotion: responds to calls for tenders and performs groupage calls
  • Ensures with the customer the compliance with the assortment policy (Innovations, SoA, DV, Ranking…)
  • Develops an omnichannel approach

Ensures the achievement of annual objectives

  • Ensures that the SCA plans contribute to the achievement of the GALEC objective (referencement / promo)
  • Recommends the possible financial arbitrations necessary for the good achievement of the results
  • Ensures the good achievement of the financial objectives and the good deployment of the commercial investments in its SCAs

Participates in the logistics management of its SCAs

  • Participates in the resolution of quantity/price disputes, penalties, and level 2 delivery delays
  • Shares KPI's (Service Rate) and proposes solutions to improve C2S in liaison with the Supply Chain

Ensures business and financial follow-up

  • Quantifies the volumes that will be ordered by the centrals on regional promotions
  • Follows the profit and loss account of its perimeter
  • Follows and analyzes the performance of its client, CP, and competitors through data panels such as Nielsen to implement action plans based on indicators

Ensures effective communication

  • Externally, builds an adapted and long-term relationship with its clients: members and permanents of the centrals (purchases, category management, accounting, logistics…)
  • Ensures effective communication with the sales force, pilot CS referents
  • Communicates with the different departments of the company on the good execution of the strategy (Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, CDT Finance)

Participates in the internal processes that define the strategic priorities for its/its stores

  • Participates in the elaboration of the commercial policy N+1
  • Throughout the year, participates in the reflection of the strategy on various subjects (Cat team, Task Force, BMW…)

Profile:

  • Bac +4/5
  • Experience in a large consumer goods company
  • 2 years of field sales experience
  • 2 years of experience in Category Management Store
  • Evolving profile
  • Autonomy, hindsight, rigor, organization/prioritization, and negotiation are indispensable skills

This position is to be filled in CDI as soon as possible, based in Colombes and requires approximately 10% travel. Remote work is allowed on Fridays.
