WMS Service Delivery Lead
As a WMS Service Delivery Lead, you will make an impact by ensuring seamless application support and service delivery for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across client operations. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Solutions Delivery team and work collaboratively with onsite and offshore resources, client stakeholders, and internal teams.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the single point of contact for both the client and internal teams.
- Perform triage, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
- Deliver application support services by meeting SLAs, eliminating recurring issues, and introducing automation and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore resources to complete customer tasks for ticketed and non-ticketed activities.
- Establish and maintain standard delivery practices, including metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Prioritize team tasks, create knowledge articles and SOPs, and manage staffing rosters.
- Perform proactive tasks such as anticipating issues, taking preventive measures, and reducing WMS vendor reach-outs.
- Ensure active participation in P1/P2 incident calls and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Organize and manage the team during multiple issues with competing priorities.
- Delegate tasks, coach, train, supervise, and provide guidance to a blended team of onsite and offshore members.
- Plan and execute support requirements during off-hours, weekends, and peak periods.
- Continuously identify process and system improvements to minimize and eliminate system issues.
- Drive innovation and automation initiatives, including leveraging AI, GenAI, and AgenticAI approaches for day-to-day operations.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, GA.
What you need to have to be considered:
- Overall 9+ years of experience in WMS projects (Manhattan, Infios, Blue Yonder).
- 2β5 years of strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting WMS solutions, including integrations with ERP and other supply chain systems.
- 2β3 full lifecycle WMS implementations (end-to-end).
- Experience with 3PL WMS platforms such as Infios E3PL, Manhattan SCALE, and Koerber WMS (highly preferred).
- Solid functional knowledge of 3PL business processes.
- 2β3 years of experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- 1β2 years of Service Delivery experience.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until December 31, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000- $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
