As a Tosca Automation Test Engineer, you will make an impact by designing and executing robust automation frameworks and test strategies that ensure the reliability and accuracy of provider-based healthcare applications. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and will work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and business analysts to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
· 6+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 2+ years of experience in web automation using the Tosca framework/Tosca BI.
· Hands-on experience with the Tosca framework, including creating test case templates, modules, test design sheets, classes, RTBs, and libraries; using different types of parameters; and performing PDF comparisons using the Tosca tool.
· Completed Tosca Automation Specialist I & II certifications.
· Experience working in Agile teams using BDD, Cucumber, GitLab, and Jenkins.
· Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
· Ability to work in and support an onshore/offshore model.

· Prior experience as an automation architect, devising enterprise-level automation solutions and frameworks, with the ability to research and learn new tools/technologies.
· Insurance domain experience (a plus).
· Tosca Test Design Specialist I & II certifications (a plus).
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until October 30, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
