Program Manager
As a Program Manager at Google you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Google for Education within strategic HED customer accounts. You will be the key liaison between Google and these crucial stakeholders responsible for fostering strong relationships understanding their needs and orchestrating impactful programs that drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Planning and Executing Google Days: Conceptualize plan and execute engaging meetings and events tailored to diverse audiences within the HED education sector.
- Driving User Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to increase the utilization of Google for Education tools among HED institutions. This includes creating compelling content delivering impactful training sessions and fostering a thriving online community.
- Renewal Upsell and Upgrade: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewal upsell and upgrade within existing accounts. You will leverage your deep understanding of customer needs and product knowledge to advocate for Google for Education solutions and drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Secretaries of Education including administrators IT professionals pedagogical leaders and teachers.
- Event Management: Plan and execute impactful Google events ensuring seamless logistics compelling content and measurable outcomes.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content including presentations training materials and online resources to promote the adoption and effective use of Google for Education solutions.
- Training and Enablement: Deliver impactful training sessions to educators and administrators empowering them to leverage Google for Education tools effectively in the classroom.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for renewal upsell and upgrade within existing accounts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Education Technology or a related field.
Experience in program management preferably within the education sector.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for technology and its potential to transform education.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
