Lead L2/L3 support for Teamcenter Unified/Active Workspace environments.
Monitor and manage application health, performance, and availability.
Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, BMIDE, data model, access, and integrations.
Manage user administration, access controls, privilege configurations, and licensing.
Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents; ensure timely resolution and communication.
Drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Review, plan, and execute change requests, enhancements, and releases.
Upgrades, Deployment & Configuration
Lead minor and major upgrades for Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and related components.
Coordinate environment promotions across DEV–QA–UAT–PROD.
Perform configuration, BMIDE updates, patching, and deployment activities.
Integration & Environment Management
Support integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks), ERP, MES, and custom applications.
Work closely with infrastructure teams for server, database, and storage related issues.
Oversee environment refreshes, backups, and system housekeeping tasks.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with engineering teams, business users, and project managers to prioritize work.
Provide technical guidance to support team members (L1/L2).
Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement outcomes.
