Senior Consultant – Banking & Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive requirements and execution focused on delivering self service capabilities to meet client needs.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring development work aligns with roadmap.
  • Drive discovery and research to uncover client pain points and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics partners to bring digital products to market.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, write clear user stories, and oversee delivery milestones.
  • Monitor product performance using data and client feedback, iterating to improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to define, build, and launch B2B or enterprise-facing digital products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps, writing user stories, and working in agile environments.
  • Comfort working with data (qualitative and quantitative) to support decision-making.
  • Passion for user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise app development.
  • Familiarity with digital commercial banking platforms, cash management tools, treasury services, or business onboarding
  • Experience working within a large matrixed organization.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in commercial banking
