Mobile App Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile App Manager to lead the architecture development and delivery of innovative mobile applications. This role combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities to drive cross-platform mobile solutions. You will manage a team of iOS and Android developers, collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.

Lead the end-to-end development of native mobile applications (iOS and Android).

Architect scalable and maintainable codebases using modern patterns (e.g., MVVM for iOS with SwiftUI, MVI for Android with Jetpack Compose).

Establish and maintain reusable UI component libraries and shared frameworks.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level mobile developers through code reviews and technical discussions.

Collaborate with design and product teams to align features with user needs and business goals.

Integrate third-party SDKs and internal APIs including GraphQL and RESTful services.

Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and reliability.

Drive continuous integration testing and deployment best practices.

Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to optimize development workflows.

Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives in an agile environment.

Produce developer productivity and execution reports for leadership.

Oversee mobile development team operations including resource planning, performance reviews, and career development.

Define and implement strategic roadmaps for mobile initiatives aligned with business goals.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, UX, and product teams.

Lead stakeholder communications and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Implement governance and compliance standards for mobile development.

Drive hiring, onboarding, and training of mobile engineering talent.

5+ years of mobile development experience with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).

Strong experience with SwiftUI, Swift Package Manager, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and MVI architecture patterns.

Experience building and maintaining scalable component libraries.

Deep understanding of GraphQL integration including schema design and client-side caching strategies.

Proven experience with Swift Package Manager for modular code distribution.

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase) and backend services architectures.

Familiarity with mobile analytics and CI/CD tools.

Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization and UX best practices.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a mobile development team.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in releasing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play.

Familiarity with feature flags, remote config, A/B testing, and observability tools.

Knowledge of security and privacy best practices for mobile platforms.

Strong documentation skills and contributor to internal or open-source projects.
