Ads Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ads Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven track record in outbound sales. As an Ads Sales Specialist, you will work to grow existing accounts, while leveraging your expertise in Ads and sales strategies to exceed targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Prospect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to optimize Ads services.
  • Sales Strategy: Understand client needs and propose Ads solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ads Expertise: Provide clients with insights and guidance on optimizing their Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Reporting: Track sales progress, report on key metrics, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Leverage AI: Understanding and use of AI in sales activities. Proven ability to use AI tools on the job.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads, or similar digital platform services.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey technical information clearly.

Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, particularly in outbound sales, is highly preferred.

A valid Ads certification. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.

Ability to build relationships quickly with decision-makers at all levels.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Additional Information:

Night Shift: This position requires working night shifts to support international clients. Flexibility is essential.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
