Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB solutions ensuring they meet project requirements and timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions into existing systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in managing projects with ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Display a strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for candidates with a PMP certification.
