Service Delivery Manager (On-Site)

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, defining program scope, setting timelines, and monitoring progress to deliver successful outcomes. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and resource allocation throughout the program lifecycle. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives are essential for success in this position.

In this Role you will:

  • Run point on software delivery across feature team and technical teams and work to implement the release train framework across these groups. This will entail driving a strong understanding of organizational level release train methodologies, intake & capacity planning, dependency management, cross functional platform facilitation, etc.
  • Work model: On Site Location: Greenwood Village, CO

  • What you need to have to be considered:
    • 15+ years of experience with software release coordination in a product environment.
    • Multi-disciplinary expertise, as program manager, release train engineer, scrum master, agile coach, product owner, project manager, business data analyst, etc.
    • Experience with driving resolution of issues and delivery of features through to production.
    • Experience working with DevOps teams, Architecture, and other technical tooling teams.
    • Communication, issue resolution, and integration planning with upstream/downstream systems and departmental units.
    • Experience interacting with technical teams (Angular or related JavaScript Environment).
    • Tracking tool team is using is Jira, so that will be an important competency.
    • Interacting between offshore and onshore groups to facilitate any gaps between the groups.
    • Work as point for handoff between groups – run daily standup for offshore and onshore anchors to discuss daily tasks, answer questions / bring back to onshore as needed.
    • Run daily standup for onshore team to communicate back as needed for open questions, provide documentation and training that is needed for offshore group to eliminate gaps
    • Facilitate meetings additionally to unblock offshore teams, both technical and feature teams.
    • Support onshore Program Delivery by joining daily release calls, coordinating back as needed with technical team.
    • Drive Delivery process standards and standardization across feature teams. Identify and support process improvement efforts, help create, and update documentation as needed.
    • Support monthly and quarterly program reporting.

  • Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 11/28/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $81K – $155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
