We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SPE-Loss Mitigation with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a good understanding of foreclosure claim filing and escrow administration within the mortgage loan domain. This position requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel obligations.
Qualification: (Sr. Process Associate)
Ø Graduate in any discipline
Ø 1+ year of experience in Mortgage, BPO, Transaction/ Data Processing background. Prior Default or Loss Mitigation experience is preferrable.
Essential Functions:
Ø Basic knowledge of Mortgage industry and ability to recognize various mortgage documents (example LMA, RMA, Bank Statement, Pay Stub, Mod Agreement, TPP, Profit & Loss etc.)
Ø Ensure data accuracy.
Ø Ability to review and gauge any red flags in the document and information provided in client system.
Ø Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Skill Sets
Ø Good analytical skills, research knowledge and decision making.
Ø Knowledge of MS-office (Excel)
Ø Good written and spoken communication skills.
Ø Ability to work in shifts (preferably night)
Ø Willing to work 6 days a week.
Certifications Required
Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) or equivalent certification in mortgage servicing.
