Senior Manager – ServiceNow Delivery

We are seeking a Senior Manager – ServiceNow Delivery with 12 to 13 years of experience to join our team. This role involves managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and enhancing our service management capabilities. The candidate will contribute to the company's growth and improve societal impact through efficient project execution.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects using ServiceNow HRSD ITSM and ITAM to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
• Utilize domain skills in program management to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote team success.
• Contribute to the company's mission by delivering high-quality projects that positively impact society.

What you need to have to be considered

• Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow HRSD ITSM and ITAM to effectively manage projects.
• Demonstrate strong program management skills to oversee complex initiatives.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure structured execution.
• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Certifications Required

· Certified ServiceNow System Administrator PMP Certification

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/31/25.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
