SAP ABAP Support & Development Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP professional to join our Life Sciences Practice in Malaysia. You will play a key role in both support and development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including daily engagement with the AMS Support Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide daily support and enhancements for ABAP requirements within the Life Sciences Account.
- Collaborate with the AMS Support Team to address business needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ABAP functionalities.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to ABAP.
- Document technical specifications, solutions, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions.
Required skills and experience include:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP (support & development).
- Strong expertise in:
- RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
- S/4 HANA
- CDS (Core Data Services)
- Adobe Forms
- ODATA services
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Language requirement:
Mandarin speaking ability is required due to daily collaboration with China based teams. This is a genuine job requirement to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
Preferred attributes:
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry or similar regulated environments.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
