As a nCino Release Engineer, you will make an impact by managing and executing all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Salesforce and nCino applications. You will be a valued member of the Engineering and Release Management team and work collaboratively with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Manage CI/CD Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain automated deployment pipelines for Salesforce and nCino using Copado or AutoRabit.
- Execute Deployments: Plan, package, and execute all Salesforce and nCino deployments across various environments, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Maintain Environments & Version Control: Administer Salesforce sandboxes and enforce a source-driven development model using Git for code and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Analyze and resolve complex deployment issues, including merge conflicts and metadata dependencies, in collaboration with development teams.
- Release Management & Deployment: Oversee the full SDLC for Salesforce and nCino applications, including planning, packaging, and deploying metadata and record-based configurations across Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.

- Proven experience with Salesforce and nCino deployments.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or AutoRabit.
- Strong understanding of Git and source-driven development models.
- Experience managing Salesforce environments including sandboxes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment issues and metadata dependencies.
- Experience with financial services cloud (FSC) and insurance data models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of release governance and compliance standards.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
