The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they meet our clients' needs and align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in various Salesforce Clouds, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
We are looking for at least 5 years in Salesforce experience and 2 years in Omni Studio Design and Development hands on experience.
A Salesforce Omni Studio Developer designs, builds, and maintains industry-specific applications on the Salesforce platform using low-code tools like OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable solutions, collaborating with teams, adhering to best practices, and working with APIs to integrate systems. Required skills typically include extensive Salesforce and OmniStudio experience, familiarity with Agile, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Develop and Implement Solutions:
Design, develop, and deploy guided workflows (OmniScripts), dynamic user interfaces (FlexCards), and data manipulation tools (DataRaptors) and Integration Procedures to meet business needs.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Ensure Best Practices:
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols for scalable and maintainable applications.
Integrate Systems:
Build integrations with external systems and other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
Participate in Agile Development:
Engage in Agile methodologies, including daily scrums and sprint planning, to manage project timelines and delivery.
Provide Support:
Offer technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for OmniStudio-based applications.

The annual salary for this position is between $103,000β$160,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
