About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in SFDC Development and Customization Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Lightning. You will be focusing on SFDC-Integration and Configuration. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Development and Customization to meet business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance operational efficiency.
• Configure Financial Service Cloud to optimize financial processes and improve user experience.
• Implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance the user interface and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain and update Salesforce configurations to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and continuity in development projects.
• Conduct testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve skills.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Contribute to the company’s purpose by enhancing Salesforce capabilities impacting business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Lightning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC-Integration and Configuration to deliver robust solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English and native Spanish for effective collaboration.
• Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a nice to have enhancing domain expertise.
• Have a keen interest in staying updated with Salesforce advancements to drive innovation.

• Experience in Asset and Wealth Management.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
