We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Subscription Management, Billing, Salesforce CPQ, SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Configuration, Omni studio, and Jenkins. Experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain will be an advantage.
This hybrid role requires no travel work from office 2-3 days in a week.
• Develop Salesforce CPQ solutions to address specific business needs and enhance application functionality.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce technologies specifically in CPQ and Omni studio
• Utilize CI/CD for Salesforce to ensure continuous integration and delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring project success.
• Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to ensure appropriate access controls and data security.
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency
• Implement Salesforce Flows to ensure seamless workflow automation and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Salesforce-related activities.
• Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and support business processes.
• Document technical specifications
• Train and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
• Review technical deliverables, and resolve defects
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 60,000– $ 90,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
