Responsibilities:
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
- Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies
- Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog.
- Drive smooth deployment, adoption, and operations of the solution.
- Help drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years' experience required, IT related tertiary education.
- 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
- Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
- Basic Salesforce configuration experience / have completed
- Experience in full software / product development life cycles sing Agile Methodology.
- Proven experience working on Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration of salesforce with other systems.
