Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader you will make an impact by supporting Small and Middle Tier customers through collaboration, achieving operational targets, being results oriented, developing people, and demonstrating a strong sales profile. You will be a valued member of the Technology team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor KPIs, track agent productivity, and plan continuous improvements.
  • Analyze team performance, identify outliers, and implement coaching and development plans.
  • Drive sales productivity through team-level action plans and individual performance management.
  • Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs), report insights, and present progress in client reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR).
  • Manage attendance, develop incentive programs, and foster team motivation and growth.

Work model:

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring two days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires – Tucumán, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered:

  • 1–2 years of experience leading sales or customer experience teams, with a strong customer and sales focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with advanced English proficiency.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in high-pressure environments with flexibility.
  • Skilled in Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiar with gamification methods and experienced in managing structured roles (QAs, SMEs, MIS).
