Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to store operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Assist in the implementation of new store procedures and technologies to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest store operations and technical knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer queries.
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets and store performance goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English both in writing and verbally to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support to customers across different time zones.

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge relevant to store operations.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
  • Display a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering quality service.
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
