Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Production Support Lead with 10+ years of experience supporting high-performing, scalable enterprise applications. You will be part of a critical production support team responsible for ensuring application stability, reliability, and seamless user experience for high-demand systems.
Our engineers are passionate about system reliability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and clients to quickly resolve issues, minimize downtime, and deliver stable, high-quality services to users.
You will play a key role in managing production environments, leading incident response, and driving operational excellence. Our teams are agile, proactive, and continuously strive to improve processes, automation, and system observability. Success is measured by system uptime, rapid issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Applications will be accepted until June 1st, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $ 81,337- $ 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
