Your Role

Are you client service oriented and have an eye for detail? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure and maintain a high level of risk awareness?

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to:

  • enter and review new and existing Special Conditions (SOKO) based on Front Office requests
  • implement SOKOs in the back-end systems
  • ensure correctness and completeness of requests in a timely manner
  • advise and support our Wealth Management colleagues on any SOKO related inquiries
  • proactively liaise with Front, Back Office as well as Pricing colleagues to provide exceptional client service and experience

Your Team

We are the first level support to our Front Office colleagues for any Special Conditions inquiries. As Product Operations Specialist we have a broad and strong understanding of banking products, especially WM. Our knowledge and expertise enables us to provide an excellent client experience. Your Expertise

• fluent in German and English (oral and written), French and Italian language skills are a plus

• 1-3 years banking experience with product knowledge

• confident, motivated with a can-do attitude and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

• sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results

• high risk awareness, fostering a zero tolerance policy

• effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others

• great communicator, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels

• previous client services experience, within the financial services industry

• ability to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate high level of flexibility, positive attitude and result driven mindset

• ready to work 5 days per week from the office

• demonstrate ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and high quality of service delivery

• demonstrate flexibility to work and partner with different teams based on business requirements and change of work prioritization
