As Product Operations Specialist we have a broad and strong understanding of banking products, especially WM. Our knowledge and expertise enables us to provide an excellent client experience. • fluent in German and English (oral and written), French and Italian language skills are a plus
• 1-3 years banking experience with product knowledge
• confident, motivated with a can-do attitude and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
• high risk awareness, fostering a zero tolerance policy
• effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
• great communicator, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
• previous client services experience, within the financial services industry
• ability to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate high level of flexibility, positive attitude and result driven mindset
• ready to work 5 days per week from the office
• demonstrate ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and high quality of service delivery
• demonstrate flexibility to work and partner with different teams based on business requirements and change of work prioritization
