Ncino Tech Lead

We are seeking an nCino Tech Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical deliverables, prepare technical design and document, work with Business system analysts to convert the business requirement to technical requirement, mentor team, provide end to end technical solution. The candidate must have a deep understanding of design, development, and implementation of nCino banking operating system, loan origination, processing a loan in nCino, salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, and Salesforce best practices for implementing and customizing complex solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and Agile experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within nCino Bank Operating System applications
  • Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive business objectives.
  • Proficient in salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, other Salesforce development tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Implement and manage continuous delivery, and the entire release process within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform and DevOps methodologies

What you need to be considered:

  • Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy.
  • Expert in Salesforce configuration and development
  • Experienced with at least one of the DevOps tool, for instance-Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Prodly ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle with minimal user disruption by leveraging automation
  • Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive business objectives.
