Service Line Specialist
The Service Line Specialist will drive growth and success by leveraging their extensive experience in SAP solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts this role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage client relationships and sales processes. The candidate will contribute to the company's objectives by ensuring client satisfaction and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Facilitate training sessions for sales teams to enhance their knowledge of SAP solutions and improve sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain integrity and trust with clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
