Legal Research Support Assistant

As a Legal Research Support Assistant, you will be responsible for pre-analyzing and conducting different types of legal investigations involving people on digital platforms. The agent of this operation must deeply understand the impact and confidentiality of the information handled, aware that any leak can lead to serious legal consequences for the employee and the company.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and direct legal requests received from competent authorities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information processed.
  • Pay close attention to details such as dates, nature of investigations and levels of urgency.
  • Monitor quality processes and operational KPIs with excellence.
  • Work autonomously and responsibly, without the need for micromanagement.
  • Preferably complete or ongoing higher education
  • English (intermediate/advanced level).
  • Previous experience with legal activities.
  • Courses or training in the legal field.

Work model: onsite roles

Based on the business requirements of this role, this is an on-site role requiring 5 days per week at the Client's location in the Vila Olimpia Region - São Paulo.

  • Knowledge of English language on at least intermediate level
  • Experience in GIS data processing
  • Ability to analyze the components of a shapefile and other standard formats for data quality
  • Recognize appropriate data projection for data sets based on location and standards
