DC Hands and Feet Support Engineer β Well versed in below activities and be part of a larger team spanned across the globe:
- Equipment Moves, Installation and Setup
- Troubleshooting and Break Fix Tasks
- Decommissioning and Disposal
- Maintenance and Repairs
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Inventory Asset Management
- Emergency Response
- Lab Cleanliness and Safety
- Basic Testbed Support
Mandatory Knowledge and experience in below tasks:
- Intra and Inter lab equipment and rack moves, should be capable of using manual fork lift
- Cable management, including running, organizing, topology clean-up, and labelling network cables
- Troubleshooting and Break Fix Tasks
- Conduct basic diagnostics to identify hardware issues.
- Install and configure hardware components such as servers, routers, and switches
- Installation and upgrade of IOS, OS (Windows / Linux), VMware ESXi.
- Help to replicate or build configurations based on customer requirement.
- Installation and networking of Managed Power Distribution Unites mPDUs
- Network debugging, tracking layer 1 to 3 issues
- Router, Switch, installation and Upgrade experience
- Rack & Stack, PDU installation experience is must
- Should have experience in labelling inventory tracking for components and devices inside Datacentre
- Should follow all SOP, policy and procedure documents and contribute to enhance them.
- All workdays from customer office.
- Work hours 9 AM to 6 PM

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 to $59000 + Cost of living allowance + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
