ISAM Project Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ISAM Project Engineer with deep expertise in IBM Security Verify Access (ISAM) v10.0 and related technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-grade access management solutions that prioritize security, scalability, and performance.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Serve as a strong individual contributor and developer on ISAM projects.
• Adhere to organizational best practices and processes.
• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables.
• Provide hands-on expertise in IBM Security Access Manager, including Federation modules.

To be successful in this position your skills and experience should include:

• Strong expertise in IBM Security Verify Access (ISAM) v10.0 and its components.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ISAM implementations.
• Deep understanding of Reverse Proxy, Junctions, Policies, and Federation.
• Proficiency in creating and configuring WebSEAL reverse proxy instances and integrating with client applications.
• Experience in Java development, especially building custom Extended Authentication Interfaces (EAI).
• Hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), PD Admin, and Federation modules.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP integration with ISAM.
• Experience in Application Server/Web Server installation, configuration, and basic administration.
• Familiarity with Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OpenID, and OAuth.
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication, session management, and access control issues.
• Experience creating high-level and detailed design documents for WebSEAL integration.
• Exposure to managed services and multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels and technical backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to security best practices.
