Ingenium Developer - insurance L & A Service

Technical Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ingenium - S-Steps Ingenium - P-Steps and Ingenium - Flow Files. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance Agency Management and Finance & Accounting is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Ingenium
• S-Steps Ingenium
• P-Steps and Ingenium
• Flow Files.
• Oversee the design and architecture of software systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning and estimation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technical processes and methodologies.

• Flow Files.
• Have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance Agency Management and Finance & Accounting is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in technical solutions.
