SPE-Ins Claims
We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SPE-Ins Claims with 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service and workers compensation claims. The ideal candidate will work from home managing claims efficiently and providing exceptional service to our clients. Proficiency in Spanish is essential as well as the ability to adapt to rotational shifts. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process workers compensation claims with accuracy and efficiency ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and communications ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting business needs.
- Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients enhancing service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex claims issues and develop effective solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in claims management.

Qualifications
- Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Have experience in workers compensation claims demonstrating knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Be proficient in Spanish with the ability to read write and speak fluently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Show adaptability to rotational shifts maintaining productivity and focus.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess claims data and identify improvement opportunities.
