As an HRSS Coordinator – SME HR Operations, you will make an impact by managing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from hire to exit, within Cognizant's HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. You will be a valued member of the HRSS team and work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Immigration, and other business functions to ensure seamless HR operations.
