As an GCC Sales Leader, you will make an impact by building and crafting an innovative and value-driven practice with streamlined process operations. The role will drive digital transformation initiatives that both leverage BOT/BOTT delivery models and integrate process specialties such as TaaS and robust business process operations, ensuring a seamless blend of technology and process efficiency across our global delivery centers. You will be a valued member of the GCC team and work collaboratively with [manager, primary team, or other stakeholders and teams], and clients.
In this role, you will:

The annual salary for this position is between $139,050 - $220,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cogniant's applicable plans.

·15+ years of experience in deep domain or extensive cross-sector business management, including the creation and go-to-market execution of North American GCC practice offerings (pricing, resourcing, marketing) in the outsourcing practice industry.
·A background of extensive management consulting leadership.
·A successful track record of setting and achieving engagement targets, controlling budgets, managing forecasts, and driving an organization of professional consultants in winning business and achieving financial targets
·Possessing a robust network of contacts and presence in professional organizations and industry forums
·International experience supporting or driving global initiatives is a plus
·Experience in building results-oriented, high-performing consulting teams or organizations recognized for excellence
