Role Description:
• Provide on-site technical support to executives and VIPs, addressing their issues promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set up and manage software applications, ensuring compatibility and proper functionality.
• Provide user training and guidance on new technologies and applications. Focus on Microsoft offerings including Office365, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively take steps to prevent them.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
• Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
