Entry-Level TriZetto Infrastructure Support Analyst

This position will provide hosting operations support for all System/Application related up/down enterprise management activities & network-related within the Data Center and remote customer locations. This position will require strong technical skills infrastructure along with customer interaction to coordinate operations & configuration activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • MS Azure Fundamentals
  • MS Azure Data Fundamental
  • Understanding ITSM / ITIL process
  • Following Agile practices (stand-ups, demos, backlog grooming)
  • Writing clear status updates and documentation
  • Participating in peer Implementation/configuration reviews and learning sessions
  • Working on day-to-day CTASKs & TRTs completion activities
  • Monitoring and checking tickets in queue & taking defined action
  • Understanding Windows or Linux with strong skills in the other platform
  • Knowledge of the entire technology stack: Compute, Storage, VMware, Networking, Database, Monitoring, etc.
  • Understanding scripting background, ITIL Processes, ability to drive the project E2E with apt work pressure handling for deadlines, ability to coordinately work with different teams to complete the project
  • Configuring, administering, and operating highly scalable, available, and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices using Microsoft Azure and other Cloud service providers
  • Basic scripting knowledge – PowerShell, Python, etc
  • Understanding Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning operational Practices
  • Understanding working on solutions ServiceNow, Solarwinds, Pure Storage, Commvault, MS SCOM, SPLUNK and many other related tools
  • Helping SMEs for design and develop professional–quality scripts and supporting documentation that deploys resource stacks in an automated repeatable fashion
  • Working in enterprise configuration for UNIX & Windows infrastructure operations
  • Managing and maintaining the implementation to support customer activities
  • Analyzing data collected by the enterprise platforms
  • Administering Cloud environment from the Azure command line and the Web portal
  • Providing operating system server administration in a virtualized Cloud environment (Windows & Linux)
  • Preferred qualifications:

    • Education: Minimum of High School diploma and/or an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
    • Certifications: PowerShell/Python Introduction Certification, AL/ML related certifications, CompTIA Storage+ certification, Microsoft Certification for Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+ certification, Microsoft Certification for Azure Database Administrator Associate

    Location: New hires will be hired at the Cognizant office in Englewood, CO where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to this major geographic area. While we attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business needs and position availability will determine final location assignment.

    Salary and other compensation: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
