As a Digital Advertising Operations Lead, you will make an impact by leading demand operations and programmatic yield management across digital platforms. You will be a valued member of the Digital Media Operations team and work collaboratively with LATAM partners, cross-functional sales teams, and product stakeholders to drive performance and operational excellence.
路 Oversee content integrations between client platforms and LATAM partners.
路 Drive system optimization, performance tracking, and campaign execution across digital channels.
路 Support cross-functional sales teams with operational insights and execution strategies.
路 Manage digital campaigns across owned platforms including Desktop, Mobile, CTV, and Audio.
路 Collaborate with Product teams to implement tools, streamline workflows, and enhance utilization.

路 5+ years of experience in Digital Advertising Operations, preferably in programmatic and yield management.
路 Proven managerial and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
路 Strong understanding of digital media platforms and campaign management tools.
路 Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
路 Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
路 Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data and produce strategic reports.
路 Experience managing client's end-customer communications and ensuring high service standards.
路 Domain expertise to support decision-making and mentor team members.
路 Ability to work independently and take ownership of high-impact projects.
路 Familiarity with LATAM market dynamics and partner ecosystems.
