Responsibilities

Onboard and train Supplier's agents

Accountable for the hiring/onboarding success of new agents, along with ongoing training needs that arise from performance improvement plans or new policy/process changes.

Hold calibrations and meetings with the Bolt training team.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to Bolt's customer privacy and data security.

Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly training reports
