Our Customer Service position will be working remotely providing support to customers by handling service and delivery issues. This position receives and responds to inbound calls, inquiries, and communications from customers and other customer representatives.
Responsibilities:
Operational hours: Monday through Saturday β 9am-9pm EST β varies shifts available within those hours.
Qualifications:

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
