Our Customer Service position will be working remotely providing support to customers by handling service and delivery issues. This position receives and responds to inbound calls, inquiries, and communications from customers and other customer representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customers via phone and email such as general inquiries, feedback, or incidents.
  • Using internal systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Following documented procedures and training.
  • Answers detailed inquiries and resolves customer problems.
  • Resolving detailed customer issues (order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments).
  • Handling email interactions as assigned.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Operational hours: Monday through Saturday – 9am-9pm EST – varies shifts available within those hours.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service inbound call center
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience working on computers, using multiple applications, and using the phone simultaneously, strong keyboard skills and accurate data entry.
  • Able to multi-task and pay close attention to details.

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until September 12, 2025.

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
