AI Application Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX (ONSITE) Experience Required: 5–8 years in enterprise application development and AI frameworks

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Application Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in enterprise-grade application development and hands-on expertise in cutting-edge AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will design and build intelligent systems leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced system design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Python or Java.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Apply ReAct reasoning patterns to build intelligent agent workflows.
• Architect and optimize RAG pipelines, including chunking, embedding strategies, and system design.
• Integrate and manage vector databases and embedding models for efficient retrieval.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive and responsive interfaces.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI applications.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in Python or Java for enterprise-grade application development.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and ReAct frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system design, chunking, and embedding strategies in RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases and LLM integration.

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with UI/UX development and modern web frameworks.
• Exposure to RAG optimization techniques and multi-agent orchestration.
