The Service & Sales Representative will provide, support and perform work relating to customer needs through "best practices" in the field. To maintain the highest integrity in representing the company while working with little to no supervision. Deliver a high quality of sale and workmanship while representing the company at all times in the highest standards of professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Participate in on-site sales and gear inspections
• Develop technical knowledge
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Maintain consistent contact
• Responsible for making in-person visits
• Create, submit and follow up on Quotes and RFQ's
• Document and track progress
• Maintain accurate records
• Provide regular updates
• Technological capabilities
• 50% Travel
• Maintain monthly itinerary
• Submit daily briefs and weekly reports
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to descend/ascend on ladders
• Provide services and customer support
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage on-site projects
• Diagnose errors or technical problems
• Follow all requirements
• Must hold a valid driver license
• Operate the vehicle in a safe manner
• Cooperate with technical team
• Comprehend customer requirements
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned
• This individual must be a team player
• Work required hours
• This individual will follow all Company Policies

Qualifications

• High School diploma/trade school or College degree
• Must have 2 years of service experience in paper industry
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
• Must have good sense of smell, hearing, and including good vision
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

$55,000 - $70,000 a year

Above base plus uncapped commissions with company vehicle
