Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and retaining written business. Once a client is secured by outside sales, the Account Manager takes ownership—coordinating projects internally and maintaining proactive communication. This role requires collaboration with the Estimator and Job Coordinator to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time, while tracking all activity in our CRM and production systems.
