What You Will Expect in Your New Position
Responsible care and expansion of cooperation with our leading brokers
Sales of our high-quality credit and surety insurance products in the German mid-market through the Top Broker channel
Structured processing of new business requests, including analysis, offer creation, internal approvals, and presentation as well as negotiation before Top Brokers and potential new customers
Coordination of internal processes and coordination with various departments such as risk, underwriting, claims, and service in the context of new customer projects
Development and implementation of acquisition measures for the supported broker houses
Building and maintaining relationships with our Top Brokers and regular relationship management
Updating and maintaining contacts, companies, and information in the CRM system
Participation in continuous improvement processes and support of the manager in compliance with service level agreements and the collection of performance metrics
What Sets You Apart
Ideally, you have a completed (vocational) university degree in the following fields: Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Alternatively, you have a degree in a similar field or comparable training, e.g., in the banking or insurance sector.
Professional experience as a broker or relationship manager (m/w/d)
Several years of professional experience in insurance sales, ideally in the field of credit and surety insurance
Very good knowledge of sales, customer and contract management
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Team spirit and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
Negotiating proficiency in German and English completes your profile
