Responsibilities in Your New Position
Responsibility for the region in and around Hamburg
Solution-oriented consulting of new customers from self-acquisition to payout
Development and implementation of sales strategies and responsibility for the quality assurance of factoring initiations
Development of solution concepts for potential customers
Offer creation and presentation to customers
Support of partners (banks & brokers) and active expansion of the intermediary network
Regular presence at customer and intermediary locations as well as participation in events and conferences
Knowledge transfer in the area of factoring (training/coaching)
Support of the Coface Group in the context of international projects (e.g., sales, product development)
Cross- and up-selling in close cooperation with our other business lines
Ideally, you have a completed (vocational) university degree in the following fields: Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Alternatively, you have a degree in a similar field or comparable training, e.g., in the banking or insurance sector.
Relevant professional experience in cold calling and finding new prospects, also in the field of outside sales
Very good knowledge of sales and contract management
Industry knowledge, e.g., in factoring or credit assessments, is advantageous
Relevant experience in conversation and negotiation
Fluent German and ideally very good English skills complete your profile
