Job Description

As a Marketing Activation Manager you will act as the central interface between our sales, account management, and marketing team and develop innovative strategies to further expand the market position of our products. You will unite strategic thinking with operational excellence and make a decisive contribution to our ambitious growth goals.

What You Can Expect In Your New Position

Strategic Planning: Development and implementation of targeted marketing plans to increase demand and unlock new business opportunities.

Innovative Campaigns: Conception and introduction of innovative formats in the area of digital marketing and lead generation.

Lead Management: Control and optimization of the lead process (incl. lead scoring), reporting, and performance management along a structured sales funnel.

Content Creation: Creation of convincing marketing assets such as mail templates, LinkedIn postings, or product documents.

Analysis and Optimization: Evaluation of KPIs and campaign performance (ROI, click-through rates), derivation of action recommendations.

Customer Activation: Development and implementation of measures for customer retention and activation, especially in the B2B area with explanation-required products.

Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with regional and group-wide teams, management, and external partners.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart

Ideally, you have a completed (higher) university degree in the following fields: Digital Marketing, Business or Media Informatics. Alternatively, you have a degree in a similar field or comparable training, e.g., in the field of marketing communication.

You have professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in the B2B sector with explanation-required products (e.g., finance, insurance).

You are confident in using tools like Eloqua (Marketing Automation), Ibexa (CMS), and Salesforce (CRM) or similar.

You can interpret KPIs, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.

You think conceptually, but are also able to lead projects hands-on to success.

You are team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and communication-strong in dealing with different stakeholders.

You speak at least German at C1 and English at B2 level
