Logo Shop Retail Sales Associate - Coeur D' Alene Resort Golf Course

Job Summary

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests who enter the Logo Shop. (FULL-TIME / PART-TIME)

Essential Functions

• Serve guests by helping them select products & providing service
• Drive sales through engagement of guests, suggestive selling & product knowledge
• Greet and assist all guests in a welcoming professional manner
• Opening/Closing and cashiering duties
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and restocking of merchandise
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner to promote our brand

Job Requirements

• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to work in high stress situations
• Must be at least 19 years of age

• 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.
• PTO: 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
• 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
• 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
• 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)
• Holiday Pay: Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
