Project Manager / Facility Services Team Leader (m/w/d)

Gartenservice Krause, established in 2020 and part of Göttinger Immoservice GmbH since August 2024, is a young, dynamic company offering versatile services in property management, building cleaning, and garden and landscape construction. We are looking to strengthen our team with an engaged Project Manager / Facility Services Team Leader (m/w/d) in full-time.

Responsibilities

• Overview of all ongoing projects in property management, cleaning, and garden and landscape construction
• Coordination and support of foremen and office staff
• Point of contact for our clients (including site visits, inquiries, and coordination)
• Supervision of deployment and shift schedules (created by foremen/dispatcher)
• Leadership of approximately 15-20 employees and support staff
• Ensuring smooth operations and high service quality
• Occasional travel to projects at other locations in Germany

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in facility management, building management, crafts, garden and landscape construction, or equivalent qualification
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• Basic understanding of relevant legal frameworks (labor law, contract management, etc.)
• Digital proficiency (Hero Handwerker-Software, Pipedrive CRM, MS Office)
• Strong communication skills and conflict resolution ability
