Proactive Talent Acquisition

• Identify emerging talent needs and anticipate future vacancies.
• Develop and nurture candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Leverage networking strategies to source top talent from diverse pools such as university engagement activities.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to extending job offers.
• Conduct a thorough and efficient review of candidate profiles.
• Ensure accurate, timely entry and reporting of employee data.
• Support data analysis for talent and HR metrics.

Onboarding

• Oversee the smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive employee files.
• Draft essential agreements and welcome letters.
• Monitor new employee progress throughout the probationary period.
• Maintain the HRIS and ATS system to support all recruitment and onboarding activities.

In addition, the selected candidate will be exposed to broader HR functions and is expected to demonstrate adaptability in supporting a wide range of HR activities as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR preferably within IT industry.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing expertise.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
