We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, and university engagement, providing an excellent foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate and talent databases.
• Assist in job postings and advertising across multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Support interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
• Assist with planning of university engagement initiatives.
• Help build relationships with student communities and university partners.
• Prepare reports and trackers for ongoing recruitment activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve the overall candidate experience.
• Assist with employer branding content for social media and campus channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• Basic knowledge in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google workspace & Tools.
