About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Associate HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. The role will focus on building strong pipelines of talent, managing recruitment processes, and strengthening our employer brand through university engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure strong matches with role requirements.
  • Maintain and update HRIS/ATS systems with accurate candidate data.
  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts through creative strategies.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities & student organizations.
  • Organize and represent the company at career fairs, hackathons, and campus events.
  • Engage with students through workshops, guest lectures, and info sessions to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the overall talent acquisition strategy and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Experience with university hiring, internship programs, or campus engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools & LinkedIn Recruiter.
