About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding and performance management, with a passion for building a strong people-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist the end-to-end onboarding process ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
• Draft and maintain employment-related documents, including agreements & contracts.
• Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles.
• Monitor employee progress throughout the probationary period and provide & maintain feedbacks.

Performance Management

• Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and appraisals.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure timely performance evaluations and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by tracking performance trends and assisting in employee development initiatives.
• Draft and maintain related documents, including confirmation, promotion letters & agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with onboarding & performance management, preferably within the IT industry.
• Proven understanding of performance management frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
