Our platform is strong and customers are growing, but leadership capacity has not scaled at the same pace.
Our CTO built the platform from the ground up and is looking for a true partner, someone to own people leadership, execution, and delivery, not a replacement.

Lead and grow an engineering organization of 30 to 50 people
Build an inclusive, high performance culture where people can do their best work
Hire thoughtfully and fairly, developing talent at every level
Make delivery predictable and sustainable
Create space for learning, feedback, and improvement
Coach managers and senior engineers
You do not need to code full time, but you should feel comfortable discussing architecture, systems, and trade offs.
An experienced engineering leader from a startup or scale up environment
Someone who enjoys building teams as much as building products
Comfortable making decisions and open to challenge
Values collaboration, empathy, and accountability
Curious, thoughtful, and outcome focused
We care far more about leadership ability and mindset than titles or perfect CVs.
AWS cloud native and serverless
Microservices and domain driven design
Backend in Java, Quarkus, GraalVM
Frontend in React and Typescript
Infrastructure as code using CDK
You do not need experience with every tool listed.
