Senior Software Platform Engineer

Coders Connect has partnered with Sanofi, a global healthcare leader, to drive digital innovation across its M&S Accelerator. We are seeking a talented Senior Software Platform Engineer to build powerful tools and infrastructure that empower development teams and accelerate innovation across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize internal platforms that enhance developer productivity.
• Develop and maintain tools, shared libraries, and cloud-native infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to reduce technical overhead and improve DX (Developer Experience).
• Build reusable CI/CD templates, CLI tools, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to improve platform standards and adopt new technologies.
• Provide cross-team support, technical documentation, and architectural guidance.
• Help define core abstractions and APIs that serve as building blocks across products.
• Advocate best practices for cloud-native development, reliability, and security.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/Node.js and experience building internal tools or SDKs.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of complex API systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a collaborative, international environment.
• Experience in system security, monitoring, and optimization is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
